1. How do I place an order with JP Crafts?
Simply send your photo to us on WhatsApp (+971 50 879 5763) or email us at jpcrafts@gmail.com. Tell us the size you want, confirm your payment, and we handle everything from there.
2. What sizes are available for custom photo magnets?
We offer four sizes — Extra Small (60 AED), Small (115 AED), Medium (160 AED), and Large (205 AED). Each size is perfect for different uses, from party favours to statement display pieces.
3. How long does delivery take?
All orders are delivered within 24 to 48 hours across Dubai and the UAE. If you need your order urgently, message us directly and we will do our best to arrange same-day delivery.
4. How much is the delivery fee?
The delivery fee is 30 AED for all orders within the UAE.
5. Can I see a preview of my magnet before it is printed?
Absolutely. We send you a digital preview of your magnet for approval before we print anything. We only proceed once you are completely happy with how it looks.
6. What photo formats do you accept?
We accept JPEG, PNG, and HEIC formats. You can send your photo directly from your camera roll, via WhatsApp, email, or share a link from Google Drive or iCloud.
7. What if my photo is low resolution or blurry?
Send it to us and we will assess it for you. We will honestly let you know whether it will print well and suggest any enhancements if needed. We want your final product to look perfect just as much as you do.
8. Can I order in bulk?
Yes, we love bulk orders. Whether it is for a corporate event, wedding favours, birthday party, or school giveaway, we accommodate large orders with custom pricing and timelines. Message us with your requirements for a quote.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, cash on delivery within Dubai, and PayNow or InstaPay. Full payment details are shared when you confirm your order via WhatsApp.
10. How strong is the magnet? Will it hold on my fridge?
Our magnets use high-quality magnetic backing that holds firmly on standard fridges, metal lockers, whiteboards, and any magnetic surface. They are designed to stay in place without slipping or falling.
11. Do you deliver outside Dubai?
Yes, we deliver across all emirates in the UAE. If you are outside the UAE and would like to place an order, contact us directly and we will explore available shipping options for your location.
12. Can I order a magnet as a gift with special packaging?
Every JP Crafts magnet comes carefully packaged and ready to gift. No extra wrapping needed. If you have a special request for packaging or a personalised message to include, just let us know when placing your order.
13. How do I know which size to choose?
If you are unsure, send us your photo and tell us what the magnet is for. We will recommend the best size based on the image quality, the number of people in the photo, and how you plan to use or gift it.
14. Can I get a refund or reprint if I am not happy with my order?
